What do our services Include?
Best8 is a professiona cleaning company offering high quality and affordable services. All of our staff are given task-specific training upon induction, and have regular supplementary courses throughout their tenure with us to keep them up-to-date with the most modern cleaning methods
We follow BICSc (British Institute of Cleaning Science) standards and procedures, using only eco-friendly green-cleaning products which cause no damage to the environment. We are accident free and have dedicated Health and Safety managers who provide ongoing training to all our staff. We’re commited to obtaining 360-degree feedback, ensuring that our service continues to deliver the highest standards of cleaning. This pack will also contain site-specific risk assessments and method statements for each task, as well as information about any products we use and corresponding datasheets.
Cleaning Service with our materials & Equipment (not included in Regular domestic services & One off services) - we will bring to your site the following products and equipment, along with datasheets upon request for each cleaning product. Our equipment and products are selcted from the excellend range at BUNZL Cleaning and Hygiene Supplies. All of our equipment is colour coded, and each colour is assigned to a specific area. Equipment from different areas are kept separated to avoid cross-contamination.
As part of our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system you will be assigned a personal account team to supervise your account. This team will be conducting ongoing quality control inspections (with large bookings) to ensure that the services that we deliver to you is one of the highest professional standard. We also have a committed customer support team to insure if there are any problems or issues that have occured to be resolved within 24 hours.
